Janošik (Slovak: Janošik) is a village in the municipality of  Alibunar in the district of South Banat. According to the census of 2002. there was 1,171 inhabitants (according to the census of 1991. there was 1225 inhabitants).

Demographic 

The village Janosik has 918 adult citizens, and the average age of the population is 39.1 years (37.8 for men and 40.5 for women). The village has 384 households, and the average number of members per household is 3.05. 

This settlement is a populated Slovaks (according to the census of 2002. Year. In the last three census is noticeable decrease in the number of inhabitants.
