Municipal Development Fund Alibunar (hereinafter: the Fund) was established by decision of the Municipal Assembly Alibunar on 31.12.2002, to collect funds for the purpose of the development function of Alibunar community as local government, development of civil sector and the development of private-public partnerships.

Activities of the Fund: 

• Realization of strategies for sustainable development of the municipality Alibunar and Development Program; 
• Collection and participation in the drafting of proposals for the implementation of the Development Program; 
• Providing development funds of domestic and foreign donors and co-investors; 
• Providing technical and financial services in the implementation of projects; 
• Technical and financial monitoring and reporting on the implementation of projects; 
• Ensure the implementation of accepted projects; 
• Mediation in contacts with potential investors and donors; 
• Collection and distribution of all necessary information related to program development and projects, and 
• The realization of all other activities related to the implementation of the Strategy and Development Program of the municipality Alibunar.

Headquarters of the Fund is in Alibunar, Trg Slobode 4 

The Fund is a legal person. 

Means by which the Fund operates: 

• Funds from the budget of the municipality of Alibunar;
• Funds from the budget of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina;
• Other funds of funds, domestic and foreign legal entities and natural persons as partners in projects;
• Assets of commercial, governmental and non-governmental organizations as partners in projects;
• Interest on term deposit and demand deposit, deposited with banks and other financial organizations;
• Donations;
• Funds from the privatization process;
• Other income that the Fund achieved;
