Basic organization units in Municipal Board are Secretariates, which are formed according to category, interrelations and tasks scope. Within basic organization units, there are formed narrow organization units such as departments and groups.

In Municipal Board, President of municipality can appoint his assistants, which execute tasks from specific fields (economic development, Municipal Board development, urbanism, communal actions etc.). Assistants give initiatives, propose projects and give opinion on issues of interest to Municipal development, in areas for which they are appointed and perform tasks by President’s order.

For accomplishment of assigned tasks and tasks from origin juristiction of Municipality, local offices are established on territory of settlements, as an organizational units.

Municipal Board is presided by Head of Municipal Board. Head of Municipal Board accounts to the Municipal assembly and Municipal Council for his work and work of the Municipal Board in compliance with the Statute of municipality and the decision of the Municipal assembly on the municipal board.
