Political party, citizens’s groupation which have members in Municipal Assembly, or several of them, can form the member group, if they are represented by at least three members in Assembly. Municipal Assembly President is to be informed regarding this issue in written.
Member group has a Chief, who represents member group. Chief of member group can notify in written a member from member group that he substitutes him in case of absence, on which he notifies Municipal Assembly President. Mode of member entitlement fullfilment, as well as organization and work of Assembly are regulated by Rules of conduct. |
