Committee for human resourses, administrative issues and labour relations prepares propositions for appointments and selection of municipal bodies members and representatives of Assembly members in bodies stipulated by municipal regulation and law, for which it is not stipulated to be proposed by other body; considers and makes decisions on rights and responsibilities from labour relations for elected, appointed and nominated persons; makes decisions on rights fulfilments for persons which according to law can be fully employed, resolves other issues in area of labour relations and labour relations rights.
