Citizens with right to vote and residence in Municipal territory, manage municipal tasks in compliance with law and Statute.

The citizens participate in the implementation of the local self-government through citizens' initiative, citizens' assembly, referendum and through their Assembly members in compliance with Constitution, Law and this Statute.

The territory of the Municipality comprises populated places and cadastre municipalities, as follows:

The municipality performs the tasks from its basic field of activity, as well as the assigned tasks from the field of law and the duty of Republic and Autonomous Province, stipulated by Constitution and law.
